San Francisco, 94109 (The office is 8 blocks from Bart; you will report directly to the project site)

Jeff King & Company seeks to add a Site Superintendent. This position will help us maintain our vision of a thriving and innovative future. We are looking for talented, highly motivated, dedicated, career-oriented professionals to join our team.

Take ownership, and manage the project in its entirety, from site supervision to project details.

• Deliver the project on time and budget.
• Plan project pre-construction, layout and sequence of activities and schedule.
• Manage sub-contractors, vendors/suppliers, architects and change orders.
• Perform related paperwork duties, and daily logs. Project documentation, RFI’s.
• Manage labor allocation and driver duties
• Quality control from job start to job close out
• Point of contact for field staff in problem solving
• Enforce safety standards on all jobsites
• Participate in client meetings as needed
• Ensure job safety and code compliance at all times.
• Comply with all company policies

Required Skills and Competencies:

We are looking for someone with 10 years of experience, in residential construction, from ground up to completion. You confidently keep production moving forward, by being a decisive problem solver who doesn’t get stuck on one issue.

You understand that our best marketing tool is a happy client and a fantastic product. You will ensure that projects with your name on them exceed quality expectations and impressive craftsmanship, because you won’t accept anything less. You are a master at communication and planning. You are able to motivate your crew, in a respectable manner, to get great work. You take full responsibility of all activities on the jobsite and don’t have a problem holding everyone accountable for their responsibilities.
