Who We Need

We are looking for a founding GTM Operations Lead to design and build the operational foundation of our go-to-market organization from the ground up.

This is a true zero-to-one role. You will not be inheriting a mature Rev Ops or Sales Ops function. You will architect the systems, data model, and operating cadence that power Sales, Marketing, and future GTM motions (AM, Partnerships, Expansion). You will personally build the core infrastructure, establish standards, and create clarity where today there is ambiguity.

You should have previously stood up GTM/Rev Ops in an early-stage SaaS company, built Salesforce (or equivalent) from first principles, and partnered closely with GTM leaders to turn strategy into executable systems. You are equally strong technically and analytically, and you move fast. You default to ownership, not ticket‑taking.

We are looking for a low‑ego, high‑initiative builder who wants to own a foundational function and grow with the company.

We’re looking for teammates who value in‑person collaboration and are within commutable distance of our NYC or San Francisco offices (or willing to relocate). Team members are required to work in‑office Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus one additional flexible in‑office day. Certain roles may require additional in‑office time based on function.

What You’ll Do
  • Design the end‑to‑end GTM systems architecture across Sales, Marketing, and future motions

  • Build and own Salesforce from first principles (objects, lifecycle stages, automation, routing, permissions)

  • Define funnel stages, lead/account lifecycle, and attribution in partnership with Marketing

  • Build forecasting models and revenue reporting trusted by GTM and Finance

  • Own commissions modeling and compensation operations

  • Build dashboards for pipeline health, conversion, capacity, and performance

  • Design territory, segmentation, and routing models as the business evolves

  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems

  • Identify operational gaps proactively and ship solutions

  • Support pricing, packaging, and GTM motion experiments

Who We’re Looking For
  • 4–8 years experience in GTM Ops / Rev Ops / Sales Ops / Biz Ops at SaaS companies

  • Has personally built GTM/Rev Ops from scratch or near‑zero

  • Deep hands‑on Salesforce and Hub Spot expertise

  • Strong analytical skillset (modeling, diagnosing, explaining)
