Position: Business Analyst / Senior Analyst Salesforce

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Functional Leads and Analysts to understand QTC process and feature goals, and contribute to the delivery of incremental improvements.
  • Assist in the business requirements gathering and documentation process, working with Business Analysts and subject matter experts to analyze and document existing and future processes.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings, document key decisions, and follow up on action items.
  • Support the development of solutions by working with Technical Architects and Product Managers to understand and translate business requirements.
  • Assist with project management activities, including tracking requirements, communicating dependencies, and providing status updates.
  • Develop a foundational understanding of Salesforce internal QTC systems and processes.
  • Contribute to the documentation and maintenance of business rules and process flows.
  • Support the creation of training materials for change management initiatives.
  • Assist with ad-hoc reporting and research activities as needed.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
Required Skills/Experience
  • 2-3+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst or in a related role.
  • Familiarity with Quote to Cash (Configure Price Quote, Contract Lifecycle, Order Management) processes and systems is a plus.
  • Experience with business requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • A curious mindset and willingness to learn from subject matter experts.
  • Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.).
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Familiarity with process documentation tools (e.g., Lucidchart).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet).
  • Exposure to Salesforce products.
  • Exposure to enterprise-level projects.
  • Prior experience with Business Operations or Quote to Cash Operations.
Work Environment
  • This role is hybrid and requires in-office presence 3 days per week.
