We bootstrapped to our first million in ARR, hit profitability before raising a $3.3 M seed round, and are currently growing >10% month-over-month, on track to >3x ARR this year. We’re working with 200+ clients including BCG, Weber Shandwick, the Gates Foundation, and dozens of government agencies across the country. We will raise our Series A in early 2026.
Key Responsibilities- Product Roadmap & Strategy: develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer needs and business goals; collaborate with stakeholders to align with organizational objectives. Conduct customer research to solve high‑impact features.
- Customer Research & Engagement: conduct interviews, surveys, usability studies, analyze needs, translate into actionable requirements and user stories.
- Agile Product Development: partner with technical team, lead sprints, retrospectives; lead product design, iterate UI/UX designs to align with product goals.
- Minimum ~3 years experience in a product role, preferably in an early‑stage business.
- Exceptional execution capabilities, scrappiness, communication, collaboration skills.
- Passion for AI innovation.
- Hands‑on experience with Scrum or other agile methodologies.
- Track record of building a product from prototype to scaled launch.

Location:
