Product Manager​/Hybrid​/San Francisco

Exciting contract Product Manager opportunity with an established firm. This is a hybrid role local to San Francisco, CA. Contract Duration: 6-Months

• 7 years’ experience in product management in financial services, banking or fintech space preferable, a generalist.
• Strong curiosity and growth mindset with the ability to break down a problem, deeply think about potential solutions, and execute on a solution in a structured and an efficient way
• Solid SQL experience, Data Analysis, and spreadsheets
• Proven experience delivering results and working with diverse, high-performing teams
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
• Deep customer empathy and ability to problem solve for customer needs and business landscape
• Excellent analytical thinking and navigating through ambiguity
• You are proficient in pulling and analyzing data, putting together expected outcomes for features, and running A/B tests

• Experience in unsecured lending is a plus

• Lead product strategy for a part of the origination experience, driving customer experience, growth, and operational efficiency focusing on new and repeat members
• Develop an ROI-prioritized roadmap, and lead execution from concept, through launch, to analysis, optimization, and scaling
• Bridge the gap between Business and Technology
• Ability to negotiate tradeoffs/ address production issues
• Be tactical and possess the ability to present to Leadership
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to capture business requirements and develop user stories to build new/ optimize existing products
• Manage and prioritize backlog of user stories with clear understandings of tradeoffs and impacts
• Evaluate current state customer journey for optimization opportunity and develop use cases and future state user experiences
• Define features, use cases, acceptance criteria, user flows, and other artifacts to develop product requirements
• Identify third party integrations to help develop seamless customer experiences and implement relevant solutions
• Find ways to raise the bar for your product and your team, insisting on the highest standards of quality for the products you own and deliver
