Fleet Works transforms the freight booking process with AI-powered voice agents that reduce phone calls, texts, and emails. We are building a modern, intelligent marketplace to match truckers with loads that need moving. The role is based in our SOMA office and is the second member of the customer success team.

What You'll Do
  • Manage the full customer lifecycle, acting as primary owner from pilot kickoff through implementation, adoption, and renewal.
  • Program manage high‑stakes pilots and implementations, ensuring timelines are met and customers realize immediate value.
  • Work closely with Engineering to scope and deliver on individual customer integration requirements, acting as the technical voice of the customer.
  • Create a CS foundation (0‑to‑1) by building documentation, establishing operating procedures, and designing engagement cadences.
  • Drive ongoing customer education so users understand the full power of our voice agents and platform features.
  • Learn from others and coach teammates.
What We Look For
  • Professional experience in B2B customer success, account management, sales engineering or implementation in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • A “builder” mindset: excited to be the second member of the team and to work on 0‑1 projects like building playbooks and defining processes.
  • Technical aptitude: comfortable with hands‑on complex requirements gathering and configuration, and collaborating with engineers.
  • A healthy appreciation for hard problems – transforming a massive, complex industry.
