Cellier Senior Business Development opportunity to drive revenue growth across Western USA for a global fund administration firm. Focused on Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Debt, and Real Estate, the role develops regional growth strategies, identifies and pursues new opportunities, manages the full sales cycle, leads proposals, builds long-term client relationships, attends industry events, and partners with senior leadership to support sustainable growth.

** Overview
* * This role supports the continued growth of a global fund administration firm by driving business development efforts across the Western United States. The position focuses on expanding relationships within Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Debt, and Real Estate markets, working closely with senior leadership to execute regional growth strategies and strengthen market presence.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Develop and execute a regional business development strategy focused on revenue growth and long-term client relationships
* Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities within targeted asset classes
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through proposal, negotiation, and contract execution
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients (PE, VC, PD, RE)
* Arrange and attend client meetings, conferences, and industry events
* Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and client needs to inform strategy
* Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and revenue
* Provide ongoing feedback and post-sale support to clients
* Collaborate with internal teams and senior management to align growth initiatives with firm objectives
** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience within fund administration or related financial services
* Established professional network within Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Debt, and/or Real Estate
** Required Skills and Attributes
*** Proven business development and sales experience within financial services
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to convert relationships into revenue
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
* High ethical standards and professional integrity
