VP of Operations

Position Overview

As we continue to expand were looking for a VP of Operations to lead our operational strategy strengthen internal systems and drive company-wide efficiency and performance.

The VP of Operations will oversee and optimize all day-to-day operations while building scalable infrastructure to support rapid growth. This role is critical in ensuring alignment across teams improving execution and maintaining operational excellence as the company scales.

The ideal candidate is a strategic operator with a builders mindset someone who can turn high-level goals into efficient systems clear processes and measurable outcomes.

• Lead and continuously improve operational processes to ensure seamless execution across all departments.
• Design build and implement scalable systems workflows and infrastructure to support growth.
• Partner closely with Sales Marketing and Client Delivery teams to align objectives and improve cross-functional performance.
• Define track and optimize key operational metrics related to productivity efficiency client satisfaction and delivery timelines.
• Establish and enforce clear SOPs to ensure consistency accountability and quality across the organization.
• Oversee resource planning hiring onboarding and training to support operational scalability.
• Collaborate with leadership to set strategic priorities remove bottlenecks and support revenue growth initiatives.
• Foster a culture of ownership transparency operational discipline and continuous improvement across the company.
