We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to drive our partnership marketing initiatives. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to build and scale a critical function from the ground up, directly influencing customer acquisition and market expansion. As a key player within the Customer Marketing team, you will be instrumental in forging powerful alliances that amplify our reach, enhance our brand presence, and ultimately deliver unparalleled value to our customers.

What you'll do:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership marketing strategy focused on customer acquisition.
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure new strategic partnerships that align with business objectives.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners, fostering collaboration to create joint marketing plans that drive mutual growth.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop and launch innovative co-marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Define, implement, and own the framework for measuring partnership ROI and effectiveness, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze and report on partnership performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Communications, Product, Operations) to ensure partnership initiatives are seamlessly integrated with broader company goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Must-Have

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 6 to 8 years of progressive experience in a marketing or business development role, with a strong focus on partnership marketing.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing, negotiating, and managing complex marketing partnerships from inception to execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to measuring partnership and campaign performance, demonstrating clear ROI.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated and proactive, with the capability to work independently and build a new program from the ground up.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting compelling narratives and presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset, thriving in cross-functional environments.
  • Proficient in project management tools, with demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with an keen eye for emerging trends, understanding customer needs, and impactful storytelling.
