Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as You Tube, Google TV and Commerce.
As a Strategic Partnerships Senior Associate for Search Partnerships, you will be focusing on the Dining Vertical, and you will play a key role in the next generation of Google Search. You will join the Real World Journeys (RWJ) team at a pivotal moment as we evolve Search in an AI era. This is a high-impact role that requires a blend of sophisticated negotiation skills, product intuition, and the ability to navigate a complex internal landscape.
You will be influencing how millions of users discover and interact with the physical world through Google’s most advanced AI technologies.

Google's Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $106,000-$153,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Direct-to-Restaurant Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to increase first-party content coverage and partner acquisition globally.
- Drive thought leadership on Search distribution opportunities and emerging trends within the dining vertical to maintain Google’s engaged edge.
- Lead complex negotiations and end-to-end agreement cycles, from initial outreach and pitch material development to signing high-impact partner agreements with enterprise restaurant groups.
- Act as a strategic liaison between Product and the partner ecosystem, synthesizing partner feedback to influence product roadmaps and land third-party integrations.
- Navi gate and resolve roadblocks by proactively identifying barriers to partnership growth and pivoting strategies when necessary to maintain momentum.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
