You're a proven strategist, integrator, and builder—Bain, McKinsey, or equivalent—ready to stop advising and start building. You want your work to translate into impact. You want a seat at the table and work that compounds. You've been a chief of staff ready to operate at another scale. You know early companies need partners, not check-writers. You want to build something meaningful that persists.

You'll work directly with me to architect the systems, networks, and platform that transform how we support portfolio companies s includes:

• Building and activating our founder and investor networks
• Owning LP communications and events
• Turning our learnings into sharp content
• Designing the internal systems that let us support founders at scale
• Matchmaking portfolio companies with corporate partners who accelerate their growth

• 5-7 years of experience; at least two as Chief of Staff, strategic ops, or similar roles—ideally with VC, PE, or high-growth startup exposure
• Systems thinker and builder who spots gaps and builds scalable solutions
• Exceptional storyteller with strong marketing sensibilities
• Based in San Francisco, in-office 3 days/week
• Available for occasional travel

• Base salary: $180,000 – $200,000
• Annual bonus

This role is designed to transform her insights, tools, relationships, and access into an unfair advantage for founders and CEOs, driving outsized returns for LPs—and to build the operational infrastructure as the firm scales.
