- Manage the day-to-day workstream, ensuring timelines and stakeholder alignment
- Coach and develop junior team members, providing direction and quality checks
- MBA required (top-tier program preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in consulting, private equity operations/value creation, or corporate strategy
- Demonstrated strength in structured problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and executive communication
- Comfortable working in client-facing environments with high ownership
- Willingness to travel weekly (up to 80%)
- Experience in operational transformation and profitability improvement
- Familiarity with private equity deal processes and value creation strategies
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Previous experience coaching or mentoring junior team members
