The Account Manager position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training.
What you will do
Responsibilities- Manage security services and related operations for an assigned group of smaller accounts, including client service, problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training.
- Provide lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements and priorities of work and coordinate any necessary site needs.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of security services.

Qualifications- Experience in positions such as Operations Manager, Site Supervisor or Account Manager is a strong fit for this role.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and coordinate services to meet client needs.
