Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and execute efficiently to achieve pipeline goals.

• Drive new large indie media agency partnerships by navigating through the agency's complex organization.

• Proactively build and maintain good relationships with media and platform partners to enhance the company's brand and industry influence, and identify new cooperation opportunities.

• Keep abreast of industry trends to ensure that business development aligns with the cutting‑edge direction of AI technology and user acquisition strategies.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development experience in a media agency or digital advertising business.

• English speaker with excellent communication and expression skills.

• Strong resilience and ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast‑paced working environment.

• Strong self‑motivation, result‑oriented, and focused on achieving measurable outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Sound analytical skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.

• Comfortable with revenue targets.

• A genuine passion for small business.

• Basic knowledge or experience with Tik Tok monetization solutions as a plus.

• Strong ability to develop new customers and markets, with successful cases preferred.

Job Information

Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is $124,800 – $214,890 annually. Additional discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units may also apply. Employees receive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) plan with company match; paid parental leave; disability coverage; life insurance; wellbeing benefits; 10 paid holidays; 10 paid sick days; and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
