About the Role
We're looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to own a $40–50M program that's core to our growth engine. You'll set strategy, negotiate with high-value publishers, manage agency execution, and work across Marketing, Product, and Compliance to drive CAC-efficient acquisition s is a high-impact role with budget authority, cross-functional influence, and direct line of sight to company growth metrics.
The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $105,000 and up to $145,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
In this role, you can expect to:- Own $40–50M affiliate budget: set quarterly strategy, manage pacing, reallocate spend across channels based on performance
- Negotiate and structure partnerships with deal, loyalty, marketplace, comparison, and content publishers
- Manage agency relationship and oversee affiliate program execution on Impact platform
- Partner with Mar Tech on platform roadmap, data integrations, and attribution improvements
- Work with Compliance to streamline publisher content review and reduce turnaround times
- Run cohort-based performance analysis and collaborate with CRO/Web teams on landing page optimization
- Support SEO/AEO strategy through affiliate content partnerships
- 5+ years managing affiliate programs with sizable budgets and hands‑on Impact platform experience
- Deep knowledge of publisher models (cashback, coupon, comparison, content) and performance-based negotiation
- Advanced analytical skills: cohort analysis, attribution modeling, CAC optimization, Excel/Sheets proficiency
- Experience collaborating with Mar Tech, Product, and Engineering on data pipelines and platform integrations
- Proven ability to navigate compliance in regulated industries (fintech, finance, healthcare preferred)
