EA and Operations Specialist - Bay Area

We’re looking for a highly organized Operations Specialist to partner closely with senior leadership and help run the business day to day. This in‑office role combines executive support
, business operations
, and offsite management in a fast‑paced startup environment.

• Provide executive‑level support to senior leadership (calendar, meetings, travel)
• Own day‑to‑day operational workflows that keep the company running efficiently
• Track leadership priorities, KPIs, and action items
• Support hiring operations and onboarding
• Help maintain internal documentation, policies, and operating cadences
• Partner with HR and Finance on vendors, payroll inputs, AP/AR, and compliance
• Plan and execute leadership and company offsites end‑to‑end
• Support ad‑hoc strategic and operational projects as the business scales

• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Specialist, or similar role in a startup or fast‑paced environment
• Experience supporting senior executives in high‑growth environments
• Comfort working with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities
• Strong organization, communication, and judgment
• Self‑starter mindset with a bias toward action and ownership
• Comfortable working in‑office with leadership
