The Financial Planning & Strategy (FP&S) team improves strategic decision‑making through deep cross‑functional partnership, financial and strategic analyses, and domain expertise. We proactively identify opportunities to fuel growth toward Checkr’s goals and drive the highest impact outcomes. We are looking for a Strategic Finance Senior Analyst who will deliver actionable insights into business performance and optimize resource allocation to accelerate growth.

• Own revenue models that set goals and measure performance for a key Checkr line of business or segment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners across Sales, Product, Marketing, Analytics and more.
• Assess and define existing and potential strategic priorities, quantifying ROI and revenue impact.
• Proactively deliver data‑driven insights and recommendations for go‑to‑market tactics, product features, experiments, and other roadmaps. Build frameworks to evaluate and track investment success, including sales efficiency and productivity.
• Contribute to long‑range and annual planning processes, including the strategic plan that positions us to accomplish our goals.

• 4+ years of experience; foundational experience in investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance/business operations is preferred. Consumption‑based business model experience is a plus.
• Proven track record of driving business outcomes through data analytics and financial insights.
• Expert‑level modeling ability, translating complex business drivers into clear frameworks.
• Strong collaboration examples with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with Salesforce, BI tools (e.g., Looker), and SQL.

We disclose salary ranges for all roles. For San Francisco, CA (remote, top‑to‑bottom of the range): $124,000—$146,000 USD. Base salary ranges may vary by location.
