Consultants at Keystone drive client engagements by problem structuring, defining workflows, drawing conclusions from complex data sets, generating insights, delivering presentations, and managing relationships. You will drive thought leadership and collaboration to help teams navigate unique challenges, create client solutions that solve complex strategic problems, and answer critical business questions.

As a Consultant on a project team, you will have the opportunity to partner with recognized academic experts from top universities including Stanford, Harvard, MIT, Wharton, and more. You will use sophisticated data modeling and econometric techniques to shape projects and develop unique insights for clients.

You will take on career shaping challenges, create structure from ambiguity, and play a key role in leading client engagements to a successful outcome.

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering or other STEM related field
• Relevant professional and academic experience
• Adaptability to ambiguous problems and ability to learn quickly with a passion for excellence
• Strong analytical skills with a keen understanding of financial and operational levers
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to manage multiple complex work streams and work across organizational boundaries
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Team player who can collaborate with multiple functional areas

You must have already graduated to be eligible for this role.

• Each stage of the process involves a live Zoom-based case interview, typically drawn from real client engagements we’ve delivered
• Candidates who progress through all case interviews will be asked to complete a writing assessment
• The process concludes with a conversation with one of our Senior Partners, focusing on fit, motivations, and your long-term aspirations

US Salary Range: $88,000 - $198,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus, 401k contribution, and competitive benefits package. Actual compensation within the range will depend upon the level the individual is hired into based on their skills, experience, qualifications.
