In this role, you will reach out to the top firms in creative, tech, marketing, advertising, fashion and media to pitch our recruiting services.

What you will do:- Locating potential new business by contacting prospective clients and selling our recruiting services through cold calling, networking, client lunches/visits/meetings, etc.
- Collaborating with our recruiting teams to provide the best customer service and creative staffing solutions to new clients
- Identifying market trends by delving into industry news and publications, researching events, and tracking individual contributors
- Staying current with our vibrant industry by seeking out educational opportunities, maintaining personal and social networks, and participating in professional organizations and attending career fairs and events
- At least 3+ years of experience in sales
- Previous experience and comfortable with cold calling and cold outreach
- Excellent communication and outstanding presentation skills
- A proven ability to identify, assess, and resolve customers' needs
- An entrepreneurial spirit with capacity to thrive in a fast paced, creative environment with unlimited growth opportunity
- A Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Previous experience with Linked In Recruiter and other job boards and search platforms as well as proficiency with MS Office Suite and Teams.
