Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in the Northern California Area for a Business Development Manager. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with stakeholders, negotiating partnerships, and contributing to overall company growth strategies. The Business Development Manager will also analyze market trends, prepare strategic plans, and provide regular reports on the progress of business initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years in the liquor industry (distribution, supplier)
- Strong skills in business development, relationship-building, and sales strategy.
- Experience in market analysis, competitive research, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in negotiation, partnership development, and contract management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with the luxury or beverage industries is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
