We’re looking for a Product Lead to lead the next evolution of Workflow Studio, Rippling’s workflow automation product, into a next-generation agentic automation platform that spans all of Rippling’s product lines.

You’ll define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for how customers design, deploy, and scale intelligent workflows and agents across Rippling — powering everything from onboarding and IT provisioning to payroll operations, compliance, and financial automation.

This is a highly visible role with significant product ownership, deep technical collaboration, and the opportunity to shape a foundational pillar of Rippling’s platform.

• A track record of leading ambiguous projects, creating clarity, and delivering winning products
• The ability and desire to work on intense projects with tight timelines, ambitious goals, and close collaboration with executives
• Strong technical foundation from which to grow in the world of AI
• Strategic thinker who can zoom out to platform vision and zoom in to product details
• Strong alignment with Rippling s leadership principles
• Bonus points for experience with designing extensible platforms with strong ecosystem or internal developer adoption

A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.
