Senior Leasing Manager

Our client, a dynamic and design-forward real estate innovator known for its premium studio spaces and hospitality-driven approach, is seeking a Senior Leasing Manager to join the team. This position is hybrid and based in San Francisco

• Lead leasing efforts across a portfolio of high-end studio locations on the West Coast
• Act as a key player in launching new markets, including traveling on a quarterly basis to key markets such as Chicago, LA, Seattle, and Austin
• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting & leading tours to negotiating contracts
• Represent the brand with a hospitality-first mindset and a strong client-facing presence
• Manage full sales cycles from prospecting to contract execution
• Partner with internal teams and brokers to drive occupancy and member satisfaction
• Help shape sales strategies and performance campaigns
• Salary Range: $130,000–$140,000 annually, based on experience

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years’ experience in leasing coworking spaces/studio space management
• Proven success in sales, client engagement, and hospitality-driven environments
• Comfortable with field-based work and regular travel
• Strong communication, organizational, and CRM skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for creating vibrant work spaces
