Role OverviewThe Marketing Manager will work closely with cross‑functional teams to support the regional Sales and Marketing function, develop and maintain marketing collateral, drive business development initiatives, and support major events and conferences.
Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management – support strategic client development projects and regional client targeting initiatives.
- Business Development – identify new business opportunities and support cross‑selling strategies.
- Marketing Collateral – develop and maintain marketing materials, update information on the external website, and ensure brand consistency.
- Content creation – prepare RFP submissions, presentations, digital and print materials, including decks, brochures, flyers, email templates and press books.
- Event support – organize trade shows, conferences, seminars and receptions, managing timelines and critical dates.
- Data management – maintain accurate portfolio data, update statistics and graphics for presentations and the website.
- Digital image library – manage images for portfolio assets used across marketing materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in the hotel or real‑estate industry.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, decision‑making and organizational skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Financial analysis and budget preparation experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience presenting to Executive Leadership.
- Detail‑oriented, highly motivated, disciplined and resourceful.
- Ability to multi‑task in a high‑paced environment.
- Competency in hotel business‑plan underwriting and due diligence.
- Understanding of Smith Travel Research STAR and Trend reports.
