Global Sourcing Manager
OpportunityJoin our dynamic Procurement team as a Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing & Category Management, where you will be instrumental in defining the future of our third‑party spend and maximizing value across the organization. You will have a direct and measurable impact on our bottom line and play a key role in driving enterprise‑wide initiatives. We are an agile, data‑driven team focused on professional development and utilizing cutting‑edge procurement technology.
What you’ll be doing- Develop and Execute Category Strategies:
Define and lead the execution of comprehensive multi‑year strategic category plans that drive competitive advantage, innovation, and TCO reduction. - Lead Complex Strategic Sourcing:
Manage the full end‑to‑end strategic sourcing lifecycle for high‑value spend, including robust market analysis, RFP development, and supplier selection. - Negotiate High‑Value Contracts:
Expertly lead and conclude complex commercial and legal negotiations to secure optimal pricing, favorable contract terms, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Drive Value through SRM:
Establish and cultivate strategic supplier relationships that focus on continuous improvement, joint innovation, and enhanced performance across the supply base. - Mitigate Supply Chain Risk:
Proactively identify, assess, and manage supply chain and contractual risks, implementing strategies for business continuity and resilience.
- Strategic Sourcing Expertise:
Demonstrated mastery of the 7‑step strategic sourcing process and deep experience with Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) modeling. - Advanced Negotiation
Skills:
Proven track record of leading complex, multi‑million dollar commercial negotiations with a focus on value creation, not just cost‑cutting. - Spend Analysis Proficiency:
Exceptional ability to conduct sophisticated spend analysis, cost modeling, and financial data interpretation to identify high‑impact opportunities. - Cross‑Functional Alignment:
Documented experience gaining buy‑in and driving consensus on category strategies among diverse and senior‑level internal stakeholders. - Contract Management Acumen:
Expert knowledge of contract law and the ability to draft, interpret, and manage legal agreements, terms, and conditions (e.g., MSA, SOW).
- Experience implementing AI in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement and Contract Management
- Experience utilizing leading Procurement Orchestration, Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) technologies, ERP systems (e.g., Workday).
- Certification such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), or similar global qualification.
