We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to join our growing team at C&W Services. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and driving revenue growth across our service offerings. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales, excellent presentation skills, and experience within facility services or a related industry.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, industry events, and inbound leads.
  • Utilize market research to understand trends, client needs, and competitive landscape in facility services.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with operations and service delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to implementation.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline forecasts, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in facility services (e.g., janitorial, maintenance, HVAC, security).
  • Knowledge of facility management procurement processes (RFPs, bidding, etc.).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong cold-calling and prospecting abilities.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as required.
