Sr. Supply Planning Manager, eero

The Senior Supply Planning Manager is a pivotal member of eero’s Supply Chain team, responsible for all internal and external activities related to supply planning—from production forecasts to finished‑good delivery and customer commitments. The role demands a data‑driven, business‑oriented mindset with a strong focus on cost efficiency and customer satisfaction. The manager serves as a highly visible link between manufacturing partners, cross‑functional teams, and executive leadership, directly influencing the company’s financial success.

• Lead and facilitate weekly CTB production meetings with global manufacturing partners.
• Publish weekly FPS to Asia CM and global FC locations using capacity, material constraints, and demand inputs.
• Instill best practices across the planning team.
• Own the build approval process and influence build‑planning strategies to prevent or reduce supply excess.
• Manage global inventory to meet revenue plans and customer commitments while achieving inventory targets, freight budgets, and minimizing finished‑good liability.
• Recommend demand‑steering strategies to sales teams to consume regional inventory excess.
• Drive solutions to reduce and eliminate short or long‑term gaps in supply plans.
• Ensure smooth NPI and EOL product transitions—including first‑and‑last‑time‑buy recommendations—to minimize E&O.
• Own short‑ and long‑term planning to drive manufacturing investment decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve the planning process and drive projects to completion.
• Clearly communicate supply and demand strategies to senior and executive stakeholders.

• 5+ years of program, project, or product management (or leading product implementation) experience.
• 6+ years of related industry experience.
• 8+ years of data analysis experience using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in high‑volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience in global supply chain management, managing cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced consumer electronics environment.
• Experience in program, project, or product management, or leading product implementation.

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in data centers, infrastructure service providers, or related technology companies.
• Experience negotiating with global suppliers and a proven track record in cost reduction.
• Experience in procurement practices working with engineering, supply chain, and Tier 1 OEM partners.
• Experience applying best‑in‑class procurement processes (category management, benchmarking, should‑cost models, RFX, reverse auction, contracting, or equivalent).
