This role works directly with the founder/COO and is designed for someone early in their career who wants to learn fast by being close to the work.
What You’ll Do- Daily triage + response to incoming demands/emails/meetings for COO
- Own day-to-day GTM workflows and KPI tracking
- Create and run in-person and online events
- Keep internal dashboards and trackers up to date
- Take messy, manual processes and make them reliable
- Minimum of 1–2 years experience in startup ops, fund ops, or EA role
- Know what it's like to be a part of a small high performing team
- Able to change and adapt to changing demands of a startup
- Detail-oriented, where nothing falls through the cracks
- Low ego, high ownership mindset
- Exceptionally clear thinking and communication skills
- You have exceptional execution
- You’ve improved broken or manual processes

- Operations:
Proven ability to effectively manage triage/email for COO and support GTM processes. - Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service:

Capability to analyze data, identify patterns, and suggest improvements to workflows and processes. - Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure effective information dissemination across teams. - Adaptability and problem-solving aptitude.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
