This role works directly with the founder/COO and is designed for someone early in their career who wants to learn fast by being close to the work.

What You’ll Do
  • Daily triage + response to incoming demands/emails/meetings for COO
  • Own day-to-day GTM workflows and KPI tracking
  • Create and run in-person and online events
  • Keep internal dashboards and trackers up to date
  • Take messy, manual processes and make them reliable
Who You Are
  • Minimum of 1–2 years experience in startup ops, fund ops, or EA role
  • Know what it's like to be a part of a small high performing team
  • Able to change and adapt to changing demands of a startup
  • Detail-oriented, where nothing falls through the cracks
  • Low ego, high ownership mindset
  • Exceptionally clear thinking and communication skills

Qualifications
  • Operations:
    Proven ability to effectively manage triage/email for COO and support GTM processes.

  • Analytical

    Skills:

    Capability to analyze data, identify patterns, and suggest improvements to workflows and processes.
  • Communication:
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure effective information dissemination across teams.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
