We’re seeking experienced Category Managers specializing in Professional Services to lead strategic sourcing and category strategies for large consulting services agreements. You’ll partner with top-tier consulting firms to drive cost optimization, supplier performance, and business value.

• Develop and execute strategic category and portfolio plans to deliver cost savings, service excellence, and total cost of ownership improvements.
• Oversee the full contract lifecycle
  —from creation through award—across multiple lines of business.
• Lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives and high-value negotiations ($500K–$10M+).
• Conduct spend analysis, benchmarking, and business case development.
• Establish and manage supplier performance metrics and SLAs
  .
• Provide leadership to Portfolio Managers, Procurement Managers, and Category Leads.
• Build trusted partnerships with key stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor.

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of sourcing or category management experience, ideally within Professional Services
  .
• Proven ability to source or manage large consulting agreements with firms like PwC, EY, Deloitte, KPMG, McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar.
• Deep understanding of pricing models, supply bases, and consulting subcategories
  .
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• SAP/SRM experience and Six Sigma or CPSM certification a plus.
