We’re growing fast and looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to help expand our presence across the San Francisco Bay Area.

The Role
- This is a hunter-driven, outbound role focused on building and closing new partnerships. You’ll be responsible for sourcing your own opportunities, managing a full pipeline, and working closely with senior leadership to bring robotics-enabled solutions to market.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new partnership opportunities across tech, facilities, and commercial real estate
  • Build and manage your own pipeline from initial outreach through close
  • Conduct discovery calls, executive meetings, demos, presentations, and site walks
  • Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, pilots, and RFPs
  • Maintain accurate tracking of deals, activity, and forecasts using Google Workspace
  • Represent Talos professionally with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Stay current on market trends in robotics, automation, and facilities services
What We’re Looking For

2–7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or account management

Background in tech sales, robotics, facilities management, proptech, or related industries

Proven hunter mentality with experience generating your own pipeline

Strong presentation skills and fluency in English

Comfortable engaging with both executive and operational stakeholders

Highly organized and efficient using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar)

Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, evolving environment
