In the position of a Sr. Director of Data Product Management, you will lead the Product Management team for a strategic portfolio comprising Sales, Success, Partner and Finance.
You will be responsible for understanding the end‑to‑end process lifecycle, analyzing complex business problems, and driving solutions that enable business functions to get its full potential from Data & AI solutions to autonomously drive a data driven culture.
The success of the candidate is based on the understanding of industry best practices, and having the ability to translate the business needs into product requirements & solutions that delight our internal customers. This position requires a blend of functional and technical expertise in artificial intelligence and skills, ensuring that the AI/ML solutions developed not only leverage the latest in technology but also directly address customer needs and enhance and integrate our data into business’s end to end process and value proposition.
This role demands a strong analytical mindset and a deep understanding of Sales, Partner, Customer Success and Finance and coupled with the ability to work effectively across teams to launch data products that are innovative, user‑centric, and commercially viable.
You will be responsible for understanding our Annual operating Plan, developing a roadmap to support that objectives. You will plan your team’s deliverables and execute quarterly business reviews and metrics scorecards, and are accountable for its success.
This position is a people manager role reporting to the Chief Data Officer.
Responsibility- Serve as a strategic partner to the business and partner teams - Develop and execute the strategic business plan for Data products. Key domains include Sales, Customer Success, Services, Partner and Finance
- Understand, anticipate business needs and translate them into Data product roadmap and AI-integrated initiatives
- Develop product vision and innovative approaches for new and existing data products fueled with Machine learning and AI ready data foundation to drive measurable impact to business metrics
- Evaluate and prioritize requirements in partnership with marketing, and product team leadership
- Facilitate requirements definition with design and engineering partners while identifying dependencies and relative priority with other product managers
- Evaluate and understand enterprise compliant data policies and be the ambassador of best practices
- Lead cross‑functional teams and have a pulse on the metrics to lead with data
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities to leverage AI advancements relevant to the business domains
- Build and foster high‑performing agile teams, including working with outsourced vendors
- Manage various initiatives concurrently, lead multiple resources to ensure successful completion of initiatives
- Identify and proactively manage risk areas and commit to see an issue through to complete resolution
- Leverage AI skills and tools to enhance product management processes, including vibe coding, documentation, test scenarios, change management for product roadmap development
- Partner closely with the leadership team to ensure alignment, follow‑through, and accountability on organizational goals
- Lead and organize the long range, annual, and quarterly cycles, along with technology spend analytics, capacity estimations and tracking
