Underwriting Support Specialist

We are looking for an Underwriting Support Specialist who is energized by our mission:

• Collaborate closely with our Assistant Underwriters and provide essential administrative support throughout the policy lifecycle.

• Servicing and supporting accounts from submission to issuance.
• Developing Statement of Value files in Excel.
• Generating and issuing policy documents.
• Assisting with the setup of new business and renewal files and submissions.
• Updating and distributing weekly reports, including exporting data and creating tables and graphs.
• Monitoring new submission communications.
• Researching renewable energy technology, equipment, companies, and news.
• Limited travel may be required.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Risk Management & Insurance, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a business‑related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proactive in reaching out to colleagues and learning about the business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Prioritization and organizational skills.
• Critical thinking.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work Pacific Time or Mountain Time is preferred.
