* Qualifications:

***** Friendly and customer-focused with a professional appearance.
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
* Comfortable walking and standing for long periods and working outdoors.
* Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
* Basic computer knowledge and customer service experience preferred.
* Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
* Morning, evening, and weekend availability; overtime may occasionally be necessary.###

* Job Responsibilities:

***** Perform oil changes and maintenance as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, adhering to dealership and factory standards.
* Conduct vehicle inspections, including fluid levels, tire pressure, and safety checks, and recommend necessary services.
* Communicate effectively with the parts department and service advisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely updates.
* Document all work performed and recommended services on repair orders.
* Road test vehicles to verify repairs or refer them to a test technician as needed.
* Participate in paid manufacturer-sponsored training to stay updated on technical advancements and procedures.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all dealership-owned tools and equipment are used safely and responsibly.
* Comply with all safety regulations, including hazardous waste disposal and OSHA guidelines.
* Report any machinery defects, safety concerns, or changes to vehicle condition immediately to management.###
