- Provide exceptional customer service and answer any concerns or questions.
- Perform oil changes, filter replacements and lubrication services for vehicles.
- Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or areas that require attention.
- Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks.
- Use basic computer knowledge/aptitude.
- Keep track of inventory and ensure all supplies are readily available.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Able to learn and follow както the VIOC Super Pro process for all services.
- Achieve Super Pro certification.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Inspecting and replacing car lights and wipers.
- Check fluid levels and add fluids to vehicle when necessary.
- Inspect/replace engine air filter and cabin air filter.
- Add oil to engine in the proper amount based on specifications of vehicle make/model.
- Able to remove, rotate, lift or re‑install tires for tire rotation service.
- Lubricate necessary components of the chassis/driveline.
- Perform additional services on cooling systems and transmissions.
- Perform second checks by visually verifying and performing proper call‑outs to ensure all required services have been performed correctly.
- Able to move from bay to bay to perform services on multiple vehicles.
- Frequently ascends/descends stairs/catwalks/step‑stools to retrieve vehicle parts (filters, wipers, etc.) or perform services top‑side or underneath vehicle (drain oil, replace filter, differential services, lubrication).
- Able to work for extended periods of time with arms above your head when performing services underneath the vehicle on a catwalk.
- Constantly positions self to perform required services under the hood, related to tires or on a catwalk working underneath the vehicle.
- Able to move/transport items up to approximately 50 pounds.
- Able to work with tools to perform duties in tight sometimes hard‑to‑reach areas.
- Communicate verbally and receive verbal communication to ensure services are performed accurately, safely and in the proper order.
- In this position you will be subject to environmental conditions. Activities occur inside and outside and in alla temperature conditions.
- There is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above ambient noise level.
- Includes a variety of conditions including but not limited to proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, exposure to high heat and exposure to chemicals. One or more of the following conditions may affect the respiration system or skin: fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, restricted ventilation.
- Requires functioning in narrow aisles or passageways such as catwalks.
