As an Automotive Technician
, you will maintain, repair, and troubleshoot vehicle repairs, ensuring safety and performance. Lead Technicians advise customers on vehicle maintenance and selection.

• Conduct visual inspections for wear or damage.
• Perform vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
• Participate in training junior-level technicians.
• Adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Use proper equipment to flush fluids such as coolant, brake, and transmission.
• Apply lubricants to vehicle components as needed.
• Complete mandatory vehicle inspection forms.
• Communicate repair recommendations effectively with service advisors.

• Personal tools required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of automotive service experience.
• Technical or vocational training in automotive repair.
• Willingness to pursue TIA certification with company support.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Physical fitness: lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform demanding tasks.
• Manual dexterity: skill in handling tools and performing precise tasks.
• Attention to detail: precision in inspecting and repairing vehicles.
• Customer service skills: communicate effectively with customers.
• Problem‑solving abilities: diagnose issues and determine repairs.
