Stress Free Auto Care is seeking a team of seasoned Mobile Automotive Technicians to join our growing team, supporting our 12 shop locations across the SF Bay Area. If you're an experienced professional with a cutting‑edge skillset, we want you! This position includes a centralized headquarters to be dispatched from, pay to travel, and the opportunity to work with the latest in automotive technology.

• Competitive Pay:
  Earn $35–$75/hr in base pay (not flat rate), depending on your experience—solid pay for solid skills.
• Performance Bonus:
  Get weekly bonuses (up to $500+!) when your utilization stays above 80%—no cap, just extra cash for solid work.

• Accurately diagnose vehicle systems and complete high-quality repairs.
• Collaborate with other technicians to solve complex issues efficiently.
• Perform thorough digital inspections and detailed maintenance documentation.
• Communicate clearly with customers and the service department to keep everyone updated.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all safety, environmental, and legal requirements.

• 10+ years of hands‑on experience in diagnostics, maintenance, and repair at an automotive repair shop.
• Proficiency with hand tools and shop equipment.
• ASE certifications.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• A positive, solutions-driven mindset and team-oriented attitude.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Work with tools overhead and in tight spaces.
• Stand and walk for the majority of the workday in a high-volume environment.
• Have the dexterity to use hand tools efficiently and drive manual transmission vehicles.
