Salary Range
$135,000–$150,000 base salary, depending on experience
HoursFull-time | Onsite Monday–Friday
A San Francisco–based investment firm is seeking an experienced Office Manager to support the day-to-day operations of its headquarters. This role is critical to maintaining a safe, efficient, and welcoming office environment for a high-performing, fast-paced team. The Office Manager will partner closely with People Operations and join a collaborative administrative team that serves as the operational backbone of the firm and a steward of company culture.
Key Responsibilities Office Operations & Facilities Management- Oversee daily operations for a multi-floor San Francisco office.
- Partner with property management, facilities teams, and external vendors to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained office environment.
- Submit, track, and follow up on building work orders and maintenance requests.
- Manage and support front desk receptionists to deliver a professional and seamless office and visitor experience.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee office-related requests, responding with a positive, solutions-oriented approach.
- Lead the office meal delivery and catering program.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries; manage outgoing mail.
- Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve office policies, procedures, and operational systems.
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements and design scalable solutions.
- Partner with counterparts in New York and provide operational support for an additional U.S. office as needed.
- 4+ years of experience in office management, office coordination, or facilities-related roles.
- Proven ability to adapt and problem-solve in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and diplomatic demeanor.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office with strong time management and prioritization skills.
