- Serve as a point of contact for clients, professional staff, and tax administrative staff regarding administrative inquiries.
- Identify areas for process improvement within the tax administration function and implement effective solutions.
- Attend weekly scheduling meetings and communicate applicable updates to administrative staff.
- Train newly-hired tax administrative professionals on applicable tax software, procedures, and best practices.
- Minimum 5 years of administrative experience
