The Role
We’re hiring an exceptional Executive Assistant to work directly with Airbyte’s CEO. This role is a high-impact, high-trust position for someone who operates with urgency, anticipates needs before they arise, and thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. You’ll act as an extension of the CEO, helping to ensure focus on the highest-leverage priorities while representing Airbyte with professionalism, precision, and sound judgment.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Own the CEO’s complex calendar and time management with ruthless prioritization and attention to detail
- Act as a thought partner and force multiplier, anticipating needs, flagging risks, and proactively solving problems
- Manage communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring clarity, discretion, and alignment with Airbyte’s values
- Prepare and plan for executive meetings, board meetings, investor interactions, and quarterly executive offsites
- Coordinate logistics across internal teams, external partners, investors, and customers
- Drive execution on special projects, ensuring things move forward quickly and don’t fall through the cracks
- Represent the CEO and Airbyte with confidence, sound judgment, and polish with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven experience supporting a senior executive or CEO in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Speed and execution with accuracy, judgment, and follow-through
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to act with urgency while staying calm under pressure
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, and the ability to represent a CEO with credibility and professionalism
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and constantly changing priorities
- Experience supporting a founder or CEO at a high-growth startup or tech company
- Experience working with boards, investors, or senior leadership teams
- Experience managing cross-functional projects beyond calendar and inbox
- Onsite 5 days/week in San Francisco, CA

Compensation Range: $130K - $150K
