Our client, a hyper-growth startup, is seeking a highly experienced, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the CEO and other members of the leadership team. The ideal candidate is proactive, thrives in an intense, high-accountability environment, and brings strong judgment and organizational rigor to a rapidly scaling company. This role requires the ability to anticipate needs, manage complexity, and operate with discretion at the executive level.
* Onsite Monday - Saturday in San Francisco, CA*
- Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to senior executives, including complex calendar management, inbox oversight, and travel coordination
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring professional and timely responses
- Coordinate recruiting logistics and scheduling, maintaining accurate activity tracking within the applicant tracking system
- Prepare, edit, and manage correspondence, meeting materials, reports, and presentations
- Ensure executives are aligned with the right meetings, events, and external engagements
- Coordinate high-level meetings and events, including logistics, vendors, catering, and follow-up actions
- Own office operations, including vendor management, office supplies, and office build-out coordination
- Track key action items and follow through to completion, ensuring deadlines and priorities remain on track
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
- Anticipate needs, take initiative, and continuously improve processes and efficiencies
- 3-5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting multiple executives with competing priorities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Highly proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable operating in ambiguous environments
- Strong judgment, discretion, and a high sense of ownership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email platforms, scheduling tools, and applicant tracking systems
