Duties:

  • Providing admin support to the General Manager (Operations), President and Office Manager
  • Monitor inventory supplies for the warehouse to ensure adequate stock of consumable inventory.
  • Source parts/equipment for field jobs.
  • Prepare daily job site packets and create job site plans with the appropriate information.
  • Keeping track of all company vehicles for required maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Competent with Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Punctual
  • Detail Oriented
  • Able to multi task and prioritize for efficiency
