Overview
The Frontier AI Robotics (FAR) organization is looking for an Executive Assistant to support two executive leaders in San Francisco, CA in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role involves handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism with senior executives. Responsibilities include managing multiple calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. The candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.
Keyresponsibilities
- Manage complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations
- Manage domestic and international travel
- Manage expense report coordination and submission
- Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
- Ensure the timely completion of critical tasks and follow up on outstanding matters
- Serve as a liaison for direct reports and ensure timely completion of critical tasks and follow up on outstanding matters
- Work closely with the leadership team, program managers, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
- Help to develop and maintain new mechanisms within the team
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leaders
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience coordinating domestic and international travel and events
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Track record of implementing process improvements and increasing efficiency

Compensation and benefitsThe base salary range for this position is USA, CA, San Francisco - 81,600. USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
