You’re a great fit if you:- Have 3+ years of office experience (bonus points if it's in financial services!)
- Are a pro with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Concur
- Have strong communication skills, both written and spoken
- Are super organized and can keep things running smoothly
- Bring integrity, discretion, and a high level of competence to everything you do
- Can juggle multiple tasks and priorities while working with a team
- Love solving problems and are always motivated to get things done!
- Team support style of varying levels of seniority in the SF office
- Anticipated hours to be 8am-5pm, however, hours may change based on team needs
- General administrative assistant duties as follows:
- calendar administration and coordinating meetings/interviews across multiple time zones
- travel management (domestic and international)
- phone coverage
- expense reporting for team
- inbox cover for EA teammates when necessary
- Liaising with external vendors and business contacts
- Coordination of various office events
- Handling sensitive documents such as legal documents, invoices, presentations and more
- Management of multiple party signatures for various documents
