THE GIST:
Our client, a highly-regarded boutique law firm, is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to support a Senior Partner based in their San Francisco office. This role will work in conjunction with the Partner's Executive Assistant to oversee all day-to-day administrative functions, documentation & database management, and firm-wide support. The ideal candidate thrives in a team-based culture and will bring their legal and/or professional services experience to the role.

THE NITTY GRITTY:- Partner closely with the Senior Partner's Executive Assistant to provide administrative support
- Manage incoming email & phone communications, calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel booking
- Prepare, revise, proofread, and finalize a variety of legal and business documents, including correspondence and memoranda
- Maintain and organize electronic files in accordance with firm policies using a document management system
- Update internal databases and generate case lists and reports as needed
- Collaborate with other legal assistants and paralegals to meet attorney and client needs
- Build and maintain professional, cooperative relationships with attorneys, colleagues, and clients
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and diplomacy
- Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with special projects and other administrative functions, as needed
- 3+ years of administrative experience in the legal field and/or professional services
- Experience working for a law firm or legal department highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or legal assistant certification required
- Experience with database management
- Team-player and happy to pitch in where they are needed
- Poised & professional demeanor
- Experience interacting with clients and exhibiting 5-star customer service
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Stellar written & verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel

LOCATION: San Francisco (Onsite - 4 days per week, WFH Fridays)
COMPENSATION: Base salary: $70,000/yr - $95,000/yr + benefits (Exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)
