Executive Assistant & Office Operations (Onsite | San Francisco)
Our client is a fast-growing AI company seeking an Executive Assistant & Office Operations professional to support senior leadership and run its San Francisco office.
This is a high-trust, in-person role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys being the operational glue of a growing organization.
The RoleYou’ll partner closely with the executive team while also owning the operational heartbeat of the office. This position requires sound judgment, adaptability, and a proactive mindset—priorities will shift, and you’ll be expected to move with them.
This role is full time onsite in San Francisco. The salary range is $100-$150k + equity.
What You’ll Do- Manage calendars and scheduling for senior executives
- Own day-to-day San Francisco office operations, including vendors, guests, and logistics
- Improve internal workflows, systems, and recurring processes
- Coordinate interview scheduling and onsite recruiting logistics
- Support team events, office initiatives, and offsites
- Handle ad hoc requests with discretion and urgency
- 2+ years in an executive assistant, operations, or similar role
- Strong organization, communication, and ownership mindset
- Comfort juggling shifting priorities in a startup environment
- High emotional intelligence and strong people instincts
- Based in or able to commute to San Francisco
