The candidate will work as an Events Coordinator, responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various onsite events. They will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure a seamless experience for attendees while managing logistics and communication.
Skill Requirements Must-Have Requirements- 5+ years of relevant experience in events coordination and/or office management
- Experience managing event organizers, service providers, and facilities vendors
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to exercise good judgement in dynamic environments
- Working knowledge of events/crowd safety standards
- Passion for building welcoming, community-oriented workplace environments
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams
Pay: $ 35.26/hr.
Shift: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Mon

Pay Details$35.26 per hour
