Coordinate closely with the executive team to ensure alignment and follow-through.
Help drive clarity across the org by reinforcing priorities and expectations.
Operational Execution & Special Projects
Support company-wide initiatives and strategic projects directly with the CEO.
Help coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, board meetings, and investor interactions.
Assist with preparation of board decks, investor updates, and key presentations.
Leverage modern software tools (Notion, Google Sheets, Superhuman, etc.) to streamline workflows, track projects, and optimize operations.
Identify operational gaps and help build repeatable systems and processes.
Travel & Logistics
Manage all CEO travel logistics (domestic and international).
Ensure seamless planning for meetings, events, conferences, and offsites.
Handle expense tracking and administrative workflows with precision.
3–6+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a CEO or senior executive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (startup experience strongly preferred).
