Workplace Experience Partner (In-Office, Part-Time)
We’re looking for an Office Manager who loves creating a welcoming, well‑run workspace and keeping day‑to‑day operations running smoothly. This role is central to maintaining a positive in‑office experience for our San Francisco team while supporting broader company events and facilities needs.
What You’ll Do- Serve as the main point of contact for our New York office and keep the workspace organized, stocked, and running smoothly.
- Manage vendors, deliveries, building access, maintenance requests, and general facilities needs.
- Oversee inventory for snacks, supplies, and equipment, ensuring cost‑effective purchasing and vendor accountability.
- Partner with IT and Workplace teams so employees have the tools and setups they need.
- Coordinate office events, company‑wide gatherings, off‑sites, and cultural moments.
- Manage logistics such as catering, supplies, vendor quotes, and event communications.
- Support onboarding and offboarding for New York‑based employees, including desk setup and workspace readiness.
- Maintain records for vendors, subscriptions, and facilities processes.
- Assist the People Operations team with special projects, documentation, and operational improvements.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow‑through.
- Clear, friendly communication and a helpful, service‑oriented approach.
- Comfort handling confidential information and working independently.
- Ability to prioritize across multiple tasks in a fast‑moving environment.
- Experience in office management, facilities coordination, workplace operations, or administrative support.
- Proven experience managing vendors, budgets, and recurring operational workflows.
- Event planning or event‑support experience across logistics and execution.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack.
- Hourly rate of $35 per hour.
