Brick and mortar is evolving and Revi is leading the transition to Web 3.0 with an in‑store digital platform that lets consumers engage, transact, and earn rewards across physical locations. Revi supports businesses in building lasting relationships through a self‑ordering system that captures valuable data for continuous improvement.
Role OverviewThe Executive Assistant serves as the CEO’s primary point of contact and strategic partner, ensuring the CEO’s day is efficient and effective. The role includes managing a complex schedule, handling confidential matters, and acting as the CEO’s shadow during meetings and corporate events.
Responsibilities- Provide high‑level administrative and strategic support, planning two steps ahead.
- Act as gatekeeper for the CEO’s schedule, coordinate meetings, travel, and ensure optimal use of time.
- Take detailed notes, manage action items, and follow up post‑meeting.
- Develop, implement, and execute projects under the CEO’s purview.
- Filter issues for escalation or independent resolution, maintaining confidentiality.
- Supervise and guide the administrative support team.
- Manage department budgets and processes.
- Negotiate with clients, vendors, and team members on behalf of the CEO.
- Support the CEO’s personal tasks when required, keeping workload under 15%.
- Plan and execute company events, including the annual Innovation Night conference.
- Based in the San Francisco / Bay Area.
- 7+ years as an executive assistant, ideally in early‑stage tech or seed‑stage environments.
- 3+ years supporting a C‑suite executive, preferably a CEO.
- Proactive, forward‑thinking, and anticipates needs before they arise.
- High energy, resilient under pressure, thrives in ambiguity.
- Emotionally intelligent with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Microsoft/Google Office skills, especially Excel, Sheets, PowerPoint, Slides.
- Independent problem solver with strong partnership abilities.
- Availability outside regular hours for urgent matters.
- Strong verbal, written communication, and time‑management skills.
