Position: Office Manager / Executive Assistant

We are an early-stage, stealth tech startup based in San Francisco, developing innovative hardware that rethinks human-computer interaction. While we can’t reveal too much just yet, our team is tackling cutting-edge engineering challenges to bring revolutionary products to life.

About the Role

This role combines office management and executive support. You’ll coordinate day‑to‑day operations, maintain an organized workspace, manage logistics, and support leadership with scheduling, communication, and documentation. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail‑oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Responsibilities Office Management
  • Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, keeping the space clean, organized, and fully stocked; manage supplies, vendors, and facilities.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for employees regarding office‑related inquiries.
  • Organize and execute team offsites and onsite gatherings, ensuring smooth logistics (venues, travel, catering, activities, and budgets).
Executive Support
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and internal/external communication.
  • Assist with travel coordination, meeting prep, and follow‑ups.
  • Draft and maintain internal documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in office management, operations, or administrative roles, ideally in a fast‑growing company.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech‑savvy with proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and expense/reporting systems.
  • Friendly, approachable, and proactive in anticipating needs.
  • Proven experience in event planning and execution, from small gatherings to large‑scale company functions.
