Job Description:
- Locating or tracking invoices, receipts, purchase orders and other financial records.
- Keep up to date records of purchase orders; track and facilitate payment processing.
- Support the AP accountant in maintaining AP files including unpaid invoices and vendor files.
- Manage cash transactions daily (payment received from cashiers and receipts).
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
- Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 2 years of general accounting experience
- AP experience
